A hand drawn illustration of Easington Lane War Memorial. The clock tower war memorial in Easington Lane was unveiled by Lord Joicey on the 27th August 1921, in honour of the men of Easington Lane lost in the First World War. The memorial was designed by J. Coxon, chief architect to the Lambton and Hetton Colliery Company. The memorial was further dedicated to the local men lost in the Second World War.
