Whitby Abbey
£20.00
Hand drawn pen & ink artwork by Ben Holland.
Whitby Abbey was a 7th-century Christian monastery that later became a Benedictine abbey. The abbey church was situated overlooking the North Sea on the East Cliff above Whitby in North Yorkshire. The ruins of its gothic architecture remain famous, not least as Whitby was the English landing place of Bram Stoker's infamous creation, Count Dracula.
